Marieke Vaandrager woont sinds 2003 in Spanje. Na een lange periode in Ronda gewoond te hebben waar zij haar bedrijf in grafisch webdesigner runde, is zij in 2020 naar Málaga verhuist. Hier ontwikkelt zij (vakantie)huizen om vervolgens ingericht en wel te verkopen en helpt zij buitenlanders bij de aankoop maar ook verbouwing van onroeren goed in Málaga en omgeving.
Zij kan ook hier haar creativiteit in kwijt en transformeert typische Spaanse huizen om tot sfeervolle pareltjes. Zij rent dagelijk van de ene naar de andere bouwplek, zoekt tegels en verfkleuren bij diverse bouwmarkten of is in de weer met het inrichten van de huizen.

Marieke Vaandrager has moved to Spain in 2003. After living in Ronda for a long period, where she ran her graphic web designer company, she moved to Málaga in 2020. Here she reforms old houses to sell as stylish and furnished (holiday) homes. She also helps foreigners with the purchase and renovation of real estate in Málaga and the surrounding area.
In this job she use her creativity and transforms typical Spanish houses into attractive gems. Her daily life included running from one construction site to another, searching for tiles and paint colors at various hardware stores and/or being busy decorating the houses.
